Technical Area Manager - Industrial Safety

The Technical Area Manager (Industrial Safety) is a results-oriented role focused on delivering safety solutions to the manufacturing, construction, and commercial sectors. This position requires a balance of strategic business development and technical training, ensuring that clients not only purchase the right equipment but also understand how to implement it to meet rigorous safety standards and regulations.

• Promote, sell, and market industrial safety solutions across various sectors, including manufacturing, construction, and commercial facilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in industrial sectors to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and leveraging upselling tactics for existing clients.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industrial safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Submit weekly sales plans and monthly forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Track and report sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
• Create and implement marketing programs, sales contracts, and other strategies to foster customer loyalty.
• Lead sales negotiations to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Provide product demonstrations and in-depth training to ensure customers effectively use industrial safety products.
• Offer excellent after-sales support, including product troubleshooting, emergency deliveries, and installation services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Sales experience in industrial safety or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven experience in customer relationship management.
• Self-motivated and able to solve client issues independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet set sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Filipino and English.
• Fast learner with the ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of industrial safety solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
